🇺🇸 USA SPECIAL NOTES:
Due to the tariff and de minimis changes in August 2025 postal couriers are currently not accepting commercial shipments to the US. As such, our Untracked free shipping service is temporarily discontinued until further notice.
We have 3 shipping options now available at checkout for the USA:
- DROPSHIP service: We will bulk package your order alongside others and clear the shipments into the US via our distribution hub and then deliver to you with the local carrier and requested service. This adds a bit of time but is the cheapest option and still fast. All import fees will be pre-paid and the courier will not ask for any funds.
- DDP service: We will ship your order with UPS direct to you on delivery duty paid (DDP) service. All import fees will be pre-paid and the courier will not ask for any funds.
- All other US shipping services will be delivered at place (DAP) and will have customs/import tariffs applied by the border. The courier will request payment in advance of final delivery to you. Shipments that are refused at point of delivery due to the payment of fees will not be refunded.
PRODUCTION TIME
Orders enter into production 1-2 business days after they have been placed and will ship as soon as they are printed and finished. We aim to have your items dispatched within 2-3 business days, but please understand our products are made to order. More complex orders for several decal kits on various materials and Foil colour prints can take up to 7 days depending on the timing of the order and our production schedule.
PRIORITY PRODUCTION OPTION
All Slik products are made to order. If available, at checkout there may be an option for a paid Priority Production service. This option will advance your order to the top of the production queue and it will ship out sooner. Priority Production does not guarantee a production timeline or delivery date and will not be refunded on these grounds.
DUTIES AND SALES TAX
We manufacture and ship all orders from our facility in Sweden. The buyer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes and associated fees that may apply for orders that are exported outside of the EU.

- 🇬🇧 UK – we are VAT registered in the UK and our prices include 20% VAT on orders below £135.
- 🇪🇺 EU – we are VAT registered under the EU member scheme, prices include VAT at your local rate. No further taxes or duties to be added.
- 🇨🇦 Canada – shipments sent with DHL or UPS will be processed in customs. Although the duty fee is small, their admin fee can be high. We recommend the free postal service unless you are in a rush for the decals.
- 🌐 Other countries – check with your customs department to find out if any import duties apply.

- Untracked and tracked letters are shipped with international mail and will be delivered by your national postal service.

- For tracked and untracked letters, please wait 7 days beyond our estimated delivery times before contacting us if your item has not been received.
- The level of tracking details for Tracked letter varies depending on location, normally scanned at departure and arrival at destination country – no detailed tracking during transit.
- Shipping timelines are given in business days, Monday-Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends or statutory holidays.
- Shipments leave daily at 2pm (GMT+1). Any order changes or cancellations must be made prior to this time and confirmed by our team.
- When your order ships, you will receive an email from Slik Graphics that includes the tracking information for your shipment, where applicable. Please check your junk mail too!
- Ridewrap kits ship with DHL or UPS only.
