Ed Begley, Jr.

Before joining "Easy To Assemble," Ed Begley Jr. worked for eight years as a stand-up comedian and also worked on TV commercials as an assistant cameraman prior to embarking on an acting career. His father Ed Begley is an accomplished actor who won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Sweet Bird of Youth (1962) and acted in numerous feature films. Ed Begley Jr. has carried on his father's Hollywood torch as an American actor, game show panelist and environmentalist. Begley is perhaps best known for his role as Dr. Mark Craig's intern, Dr. Victor Ehrlich on the television series "St. Elsewhere", for which he received six consecutive Emmy Award nominations. He currently has a reality show about green living called "Living With Ed on Planet Green" with his wife, actress Rachelle Carson. He has has acted in some of the most critically acclaimed TV series such as "Arrested Development", "7th Heaven", "Six Feet Under."
