Hej, hej Co-Workers. I'm very excited to tell you about that my motivational talk with Illeana last week took effect. This morning she came up with a terrific idea for an IKEA Co-Worker teambuilding event.
So, next week we are doing speed-dating here at IKEA. On a personal level I'm very excited about IKEAns spending more times with IKEAns. In fact, the event might even lead to some connections on a deeper level, if you know what I mean.
Maybe I misjudged Illeana. What do you think?
