Good morgon, thank you for visiting my Internet page, välkommen. I'm very excited, professionally, that so many are interested in our "Co-Worker of the Year" competition here at IKEA in Burbank, California. Tack så mycket.

As many of you know, Lance Kräpp's term as "Co-Worker of the Year" is over in 9 weeks. Lance has been a great inspiration to us all, but now it's time to recognize new talent here at IKEA.

I'm not playing favorites, but two very special Co-Workers have shown a lot of potential this year and brought "show biz sparkle" to our store. I'm of course talking about Illeana Douglas and Justine Bateman (isn't Justine in particular terrific, although I'm not playing favorites).

During the next two months, I will be posting short videos from my corner office, to update you, dear co-workers, about the status of the competition, who is in the lead in terms of votes and what is going on in the store in general.

I'm looking forward to your votes, which will be very helpful in determining the winner of "Co-Worker of the Year" 2009.
